ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS AND VINIFICATION:
Straw yellow with brilliant golden hues, crystal clear and exceptional consistency. Floral and fruity aromas of outstanding intensity and persistence. It is rich, soft and rounded on the palate, supported by pleasant zesty and flavoursome notes with a typically mineral finish. Vinification: carried out in stainless steel vats with fermentation of the must in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature. Ageing on the lees for about 6months before bottling.
