ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS AND VINIFICATION:
Stunning intense straw yellow colour with distinct golden green hues, crystal clear and consistent. The aromatic range, rich in fragrant sensations reminiscent of the herbs that grow spontaneously along their coastline of origin, is fine and has a good persistence. It has a dry, soft and warm taste with zesty and flavoursome notes for a balanced and pleasant finish. Pre-fermentative maceration of the skins on the must. White fermentation and ageing on fine lees for 5 months. The vinification and maturation are carried out exclusively in steel barrels.
