ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS AND VINIFICATION:
Splendid straw yellow with compelling golden hues, crystal clear and with good consistency. Floral and fruity aromas with distinctive, intense and persistent citrus notes. It has a full taste on the palate l and conveys pleasant zesty sensations perfectly balanced with typical brackish notes and a persistent and fine mineral finish. Vinification: after a pre-fermentative maceration of the skins in the must, the grapes are pressed softly and the must is fermented in barriques. After fermentation, the wine matures on its fine lees for about 5 months, 30% in barriques and 70% in stainless steel. After blending, bottling takes place in May.
