ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS AND VINIFICATION:
Intense straw yellow with compelling golden hues, crystal clear and a great consistency. The olfactory analysis is intense and persistent with distinct hints of wild flowers, acacia honey, broom and fine sea breeze marine sensations. Pleasantly balanced palate with soft tones and an excellent zesty and flavoursome component that leaves the finish with delightful brackish and mineral sensations. Pre-fermentative maceration of the skins on the must. White fermentation and ageing on fine lees for 5 months. The vinification and maturation are carried out exclusively in steel barrels.
